TERMS OF SERVICE
Welcome to Let Them Talk Beauty (“LTT Beauty”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Nothing contained within these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
1. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:
- Payment cannot be authorised.
- Pricing or product information is incorrect.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.
- Stock is unavailable.
A contract between you and Let Them Talk Beauty is formed once your order has been accepted and dispatched.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include VAT where required by law.
Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible following payment.
Estimated delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once your parcel has been handed to the chosen postal carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s operational processes.
Whilst we will always assist customers by contacting carriers and opening investigations where appropriate, we cannot control:
- Postal delays
- Customs delays
- International processing delays
- Weather events
- Industrial action
- Incorrect tracking updates
- Operational delays within postal services
Accordingly, Let Them Talk Beauty cannot accept responsibility for delays caused after a parcel has been accepted into the postal network.
4. Customer Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:
- Name
- Delivery Address
- Email Address
- Telephone Number
We cannot accept responsibility for parcels delayed or returned due to incorrect information supplied during checkout.
5. Tracking Information
Tracking information is provided where available.
Tracking updates are generated by the postal carrier.
Let Them Talk Beauty cannot alter, update or influence tracking information and cannot provide information beyond that supplied by the carrier.
6. Delayed Deliveries
Where a parcel experiences a delivery delay, we will assist by contacting the postal carrier and requesting an investigation where appropriate.
Carrier investigations may take several business days or longer depending upon the destination country and carrier involved.
Customers acknowledge that Let Them Talk Beauty cannot influence or accelerate carrier investigations.
Delivery delays alone do not automatically entitle a customer to a refund where the parcel remains in transit unless otherwise required by applicable law.
7. Lost Parcels
Where a parcel is believed to be lost, we will raise a formal investigation with the postal carrier.
Refunds or replacements will only be considered once the carrier has confirmed the parcel as lost or where otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
8. Goodwill Refunds
From time to time Let Them Talk Beauty may, entirely at its discretion, issue a refund before a carrier investigation has concluded.
Such refunds are issued as a gesture of goodwill and do not constitute an admission of liability.
If a parcel is subsequently delivered after a goodwill refund has been issued, the customer agrees to:
- refuse delivery; or
- promptly notify Let Them Talk Beauty and arrange for the goods to be returned.
Customers must not knowingly retain both the refunded purchase price and the goods.
If the goods are retained following delivery after a goodwill refund, Let Them Talk Beauty reserves all rights available to recover either the goods or their value, where permitted by applicable law.
9. Returns
WOur Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.
Customers should refer to our Return & Refund Policy for eligibility, procedures and conditions relating to returns and refunds.
10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- provide accurate delivery information;
- cooperate with reasonable requests during postal investigations;
- inspect deliveries upon receipt;
- notify us promptly of any delivery issues;
- comply with our Return & Refund Policy where a return is required.
11. Communications
Customers agree to communicate respectfully with our staff.
We are committed to assisting customers and expect correspondence to remain courteous.
We reserve the right to end correspondence where enquiries become repetitive after a final response has been provided or where communications become abusive, threatening or harassing, without affecting any statutory rights or obligations.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Let Them Talk Beauty shall not be liable for delays, losses or damage caused by:
- postal operators;
- customs authorities;
- incorrect customer information;
- force majeure events;
- circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
13. Intellectual Property
All website content including:
- logos
- product descriptions
- images
- graphics
- branding
remain the intellectual property of Let Them Talk Beauty and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
14. Privacy
Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ireland.
If you are a consumer residing in another country, you may also benefit from any mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence that cannot be excluded by agreement.
16. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.
Changes will apply only to orders placed after the revised Terms become effective.
